Fully animated documentary that tells three stories of migrant families who share their fears, hopes, and emotions about what it means to live undocumented in the United States: Jasmine, an 11-year-old American girl, lives in fear that her undocumented parents will be deported; Sisters Evelyn and Elizabeth -US citizen and undocumented immigrant respectively- live apart due to their different immigration statuses; And Lalo, who grew up in Utah and was deported to Mexico at age 23 and since then, through his poetry, has become an activist and advocate for his generation of Mexican returnees and deportees.
